What are my options for creating an internet radio station that includes visuals?

I have done some research and am looking to create my own radio station on the internet but I would like to be able to broadcast visual data as well.
It would predominantly be satisfying to listen to as a radio station but for those with the option to view, I would like to include video as well.
Your best and cheapest way… and by cheapest i mean $0 dollars, is to register with a video stream site like www.justin.tv or www.ustream.tv. This is use to have your video stream live.
Once you have an account, you can record video and audio and stream it live to anyone who visits your page on justin.
tv or ustream.tv.
If you have your own website, you can embed your video with the code provided and can even incorporate chat for your viewers to interact.
